• 2 cleaned Sea Bream
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs sea salt
  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 2 sliced sweet potatoes (with skin)
  • Sliced onions (1 large and 2 small)
  • 1 sliced courgette
  • 3 tbs sea salt


  • Preheat the oven at 200º C
  • Put the Sea Breams in a oven dish
  • Add the olive oil and the salt on top of the Sea Breams
  • Place it in the oven for 45 minutes and brown it for 5 minutes in the end


  • Put all the vegetables in a oven dish
  • Add olive oil and salt and mix it
  • Place it in the oven until the potatoes are soft (use a fork or a toothpick to check)
