INGREDIENTS

  • Portobello mushrooms
  • Bacon cubes
  • Chopped onion
  • Spinach (fresh and frozen)
  • Grated cheese/Feta cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 chopped cauliflower
  • Salted boiled water
  • 1 tbs olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven at 200º C
  • Put the bacon in a fried pan
  • Wait until you get some of the fat our and add the chopped onion
  • Wait until the onion get softer
  • Add the spinach and seasoning
  • Place the mushrooms in the oven tray (place an aluminium sheet)
  • Place the mixture inside the mushrooms
  • Sprinkle with the cheese
  • Put the oven for 10 minutes
  • Grill the cheese for more 10 minutes

SIDE

  • Over boil the cauliflower
  • Drain the water
  • Smash the cauliflower with a fork or a masher
  • Add olive oil
